Morning Song 03:30
Night breaks, light wakes up your skin Slowly, wholly breathing in Turning, tumbling out of bed Into day instead Birds sing, phone rings, morning song Washing, brushing, coffee on Busy, so busy, no time to stop Is this what you want? All these things to do All these things to prove All these people So many people All these people Evening coming with the moon How did you get here so soon?

I Remember 04:31
Say what you want to me I remember it well I remember a time, I remember When you said what you felt to me That was long ago I remember it well I remember it well I remember when you told me “This is what I see You and I are ‘we’ Let’s build a house for three We can be a family” Did you see her? Did you see the way that she moves? What a pretty thing in this dirty world! Did you catch her? Did you find the way to her heart? Did she fall in love? Is she under your spell? Well, say what you want to me I can close my eyes And go back in time, to a time When you said all these things to me All those pretty words How can they hurt? How can they hurt? How can they? How can you say “This is what I see You and I were never ‘we’ And there will never be Any place for you and me”?

This is a tale of a faraway land Surrounded by mountains, ocean and sand The people who live there, so I have been told They spend all day long Singing a song But where it’s from, nobody knows It happened one evening, long long ago A melody playing softly and low Spread all round the island til everything stopped As the song it played on It played on and on Nobody knew what it was Even the preacher he was lost for words He couldn’t work out just what he had heard Where was it coming from? What did it mean? And the song it rang out Clearly rang out Over and over again And it went ladada… All through the daytime and all through the night The melody played, it wouldn’t subside And some of the locals were driven insane By the sound of the song The ongoing song As it played and it played and it played It went ladada… As for the others, they learned to adapt They slowly grew used to it, even attached Silence was never an option again So they all sang along They whistled along No beginning or end They went ladada… This is a tale of a faraway land Surrounded by mountains, ocean and sand Don’t be alarmed if you hear it too And start singing along Humming along To a mysterious tune It goes ladada…

Sometimes 02:04
Sometimes I wonder where it comes from This feeling I have of being all wrong Logically I know I’m lucky So I swallow it down Don’t wallow, don’t drown In self-pity, self-pity Self-pity Don’t be absurd Don’t say a word Are you faking it good? Are you misunderstood? So am I, so am I Don’t be a bore Don’t say any more Don’t raise your hand They don’t understand Don’t cry, don't cry Don’t cry, don't cry Sometimes I wonder where it comes from
